Bio

I graduated from High School in 1991 from Catherine Academy. I then married Scott Luker and attended LPN school at what was Alabama Southern in Thomasville at the time. After working for 6 year as an LPN, I went back to school to obtain my RN license at George Wallace Community College in Selma with 2 small children. After graduation I secured a job with the HealthStart program in conjuction with Bryan Whitfield Memorial Hospital and did medicaid health screenings on children in the school setting. In 1999 the Alabama Legislature passed a law that all school systems were required to have a RN/Lead Nurse. I then applied for the Registered Nursing position with the Marengo County Board of Education and was hired. During this time I was pregnant with our 3rd child. Today we have 4 beautiful children, Tyler, Tanner, Natalie Claire and Trace. We also have one gorgous granddaughter named Embreigh.
