Bio

I'm Tate Luker, SWHS' library media specialist. I've been teaching and coaching in parts unknown for years, but I'm Sweet Water born and  bred (class of 2009). As you can imagine I'm very excited to be here for my first year at SWHS. Some quick facts about me:

- I've been married to my wife Brittney for 8 years. We have three children: a 5 year old daughter, Ellie Grace, and 3 year old twin sons, Elijah and Ezra.

- I attend church at Sweet Water Baptist.

- I taught English to every grade but 9th at New Brockton High School for 6 years. Last year I taught tech and programming to 7th grade.

- I graduated from Troy with a BS in history and minor in business in 2014; I'll finish my masters in library media in October 2020.
